Shipping, Returns & Care

• We currently deliver across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 2 - 4 working days, and standard delivery can take up to 7 working days from dispatch.
• A flat delivery charge of Rs 250 applies nationwide — and delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
• Every parcel is sent by a tracked courier. You will receive the courier name and tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us at info@xylia.com.pk and we will chase the courier for you right away.

The essentials

• Items may be exchanged once, within our exchange window (7- day exchanges), within the same product category and subject to stock availability.
• Accessories, sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale fabric is not refundable.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Cash refunds are not available.

Exchange conditions

• The request is submitted within the stated exchange period.
• The fabric is unused, unwashed and unaltered.
• Unstitched fabric has not been cut, stitched or pre-soaked.
• All original tags, labels, packaging and accessories are intact.
• The original invoice or online order confirmation is provided.
• The complete suit and all fabric components are returned together.
• The fabric is free from stains, odours, perfume, makeup and signs of wear.

Return shipping & responsibility

• The customer should pay courier charges for a preference-based exchange.
• Customers should use a traceable courier service and retain the receipt.
• Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by the warehouse.

Washing

• Use cold or lukewarm water.
• Keep the temperature below 40°C.
• Select a gentle or delicate machine cycle where machine washing is permitted.
• Wash light, bright, dark and white colours separately.
• Turn printed garments inside out before washing.
• Do not soak stitched garments for an unnecessarily long period.
• Use a mild detergent suitable for coloured or delicate clothing.
• Do not use chlorine bleach, whiteners or detergents containing bleach.
• Avoid applying concentrated detergent directly onto printed or embroidered areas.

Drying

• Dry summer garments in a shaded and ventilated area.
• Keep printed and coloured clothing away from strong, direct sunlight.
• Avoid twisting the fabric to remove water.
• Lay delicate items flat or place them carefully on a hanger.

Ironing

• Iron lawn and cotton garments at low to moderate temperature.
• Turn printed clothing inside out or iron it from the reverse side.
• Place a protective cotton cloth between the iron and delicate embroidery.
• Do not iron sequins, beads, metallic prints or shiny embellishments directly.
